We are back!! From our first trip. Although its just a short 32 hours trip but to me, its something I will never forget.. EVER!! Glad that everything goes smoothly from morning till we depart from Batam.
Oops not really so smoothly, there's still one or two incidents, eg we can't get cab in the morning. According to her, its quite easy to catch a cab but we only manage to get one after 10mins?? Anyway we are still in time and can even have breakfast after collecting our tickets. Really.. after this "taxi" incident, the rest of the day went smoothly. Managed to check into our room although the official time is 2.30pm and our room is ready at 10am!! Lucky us. After taking picture of here n there of our room, time for planning. Massage @ 10am ,Lunch @ 12pm (thanks for stuffing the whole pizza) and letting me ordered food that I want to eat, Free shuttle bus to Nagoya Mall @ 1.30pm, Dinner @ 6pm, Bowling @ 8pm. Tick, tick, tick! All done.
Massage was great! Didn't know thats the first time she had massage so while in the room, i can hear gentler, softer ffrom her. Haha.. That's not the ultimate!! I just can't stop but to write this down. My silly her actually placed her face on the towel instead of the hole in the bed. When the Massage Therapist start to massage on her back, she can't breath and finally she shifted herself down to the hole. I just can't stop laughing when she told me.
Next to my favourite hobby, Shopping time. Was wondering why the return time from Nagoya Mall to Harris was just 4pm which only gives us 3hrs to spent there. 3hrs? what can u do there? hmm.. looking at the mall when I got there, I got my answer. Bored! The only thing that make me exciting is I found A&W, my favourite ice cream and bought crackers. Pass time by eating again at A&W before we decided to move on to our next mall, Mega Mall. Hired a cab that cost us RUP 50k = S$7.15. Along the way, she ask the driver if its okie to bring us to Seafood 933 where we are going for dinner then back to the resort. After negotiated the price, we agreed on RUP 150k = 21.40.
Proceed to our last destination, dinner at Seafood 933, recommended by Jasmine. We ordered cereal prawn, sambal string ray, black papper crab, kang kong, rice, lime juice, coconut and total cost is just S$48!! No wonder its popular cos its really cheap. In the end, we gave RUP 170k = $24.30 as we think the journey back to resort is quite far and the driver is quite honest. Conclusion, we just like to bargain but in the end, we will give in.
Bowling is the last check on the list before we end the day. Maybe she's tired from all the activites in the day, maybe the lane has a bump, maybe... coz i won her in the game!! Back to room, I was knocked out within 1hr after bath. But before that, looking forward for breakfast.. wondering if there's porridge..zzzzz
Good morning sunshine!! We started off the day with my favourite breakfast, Porridge!! Although there's no salted egg but the salted vegetable replaced the egg. She's not used to eat breakfast so she just had one round of the buffet. After discussing with her, we decided to change the ferry time to a earlier slot at 2.10pm.
We managed to rest for 2hours before we start packing to check out. Went around taking picture of the resort for the last time before we board the bus to ferry terminal. Bye to our first trip, hope there's more to come soon!! Thanks dear for this trip. I really enjoyed myself, hope you did too!!
