the dental episode!

had our first dentist dental visit together yesterday (23 July).. at a newly opened Q&M branch in yishun.

my last visit was like one year plus ago, so i guess its about time for another cleaning and polishing session. moreover, i had to utilise the dental claim benefit from my company, so why not right? as for darling, its seems like trillion years since her last visit to ms/mr dentist. and her company benefit was so much better that she can claim up to 200 bucks. so i reckon she got a million better reason to book the appointment.

the appointment was suppose to be in the afternoon, however, because we got something bigger on in the evening (read on!), it was actually pushed to 9am in the morning. oh gosh, poor darling gotta wake up damn early to come to yishun. sorry dar!

anyway, it was a half an hour affair (slightly longer for me) for each of us, but i guess my 'love' for dentist will never go away for this life. last point to note, i think the charges were simply cut-throat. darling was charged additional 20 bucks for consultation. what crap! and me, i dunno because is it due to the credit card promo (only to the card user!) or the fact that i visited Q&M before, i was charged at a cheaper rate. god knows! my damage, 77 bucks. hers, 103 bucks.

trophy of the visit - each a bottle of chlorhexidine mouthwash, a feel-able gap in between the teeths, and a fresh breathe perhaps? and yes, a tick-off from my yearly SOP!
