My present for this year reached me at 12am sharp as Dear stayed over at my place. I tried to guess what's in it but looking at the shape, its really hard and I never expect that there's more than 1 present in it. The presents are Papillion dotted sandles, a Marc by Marc Jacobs wallet (something that I want for a long time) and a Kit Chen concert tickets which is the most unexpected gift. I simply loved the Bday card that Dear made.. its the first handmade card from her. Thanks Dear for all the present :)


In the morning, mum cooked breakfast for us before she heads off to work. I love it when there's food ready for me in the morning. Actually Dear was planning to bring me to watch movies at Cathay Suites but I told her that movie is not worth the price so poor her got to plan again. Then Gladys pop us at MSN if wanna meet lunch. Well, since no plans for us so why not. Off we go to Bedok Point, meet her & Angela before we proceed to next plan which is buy snacks for my UOL colleagues. Dear said I can go and do anything I like on this day. Thinking I'm leaving UOL soon so maybe on this day, I should buy some snack for the poor soul working now. Thought of buying egg tart for them but realised they closed down so second plan is to get muffins. Feedback from them on the next day was it's delicious =)



After rushing here and there, we finally made it to Shaw to watch movies. Oh forgot to mention that she bought the wrong design sandles for me so before we bought the tickets, we went to Wheelock Place for an exchange. Another disappointment for Dear was when she found out the wallet she bought is not the one I wanted. But Dear, I am really okie and really like the one you bought too. Now everyday I'm happily and proud using it =)

Finally after waiting for mths, I'm finally here at Shangri La "The Line". I took part in their promotion few mths ago where I can enjoy 50% if I dine at any of Shangri La restaurant. Without thinking, of course I will choose "The Line" as it's buffet style. I must say we really eat a lot that day, I'm not saying at the buffet but whole day itself. We started off with noodle, Ayam rice, popcorn then buffet. After so much, I'm surprised Dear still can eat.. haha. under my influence? The whole dinner ended well with a surprise flower from Dear and a bday cake by the hotel. We almost quarrelled over who to send back after dinner but I won!! We took a cab back to Yishun then Dear will send me to bus interchange. Thanks Dear for everything and hope you enjoyed the day as much as I do =) Love you to the max!
