advanced theory test & pan pac orchard staycation : 10 sep

advanced theory test was such a let-down for both me and darling.. however guess wad, both of us haf our own reason for being happy after we gotten our results.

darling is happy coz i actually failed the test with her, and we gotta retake it again tgt.
im happy coz darling actually failed by a point, or else i will be the only person retaking the test.
two silly goose. =p

and hence, despite failing the test, we went for some shopping therapy and roam around in town in high spirits. hahaha.

anyway, we also proceeded to check in pan pacific orchard for a short staycation. this is the last second time dar booked with her special uol privilige rates. well, to me, comparing to pan pacific singapore, its indeed more ulu despite its also in orchard town. this is even more true when we headed back to the hotel after our movie (contagion) at lido shaws at night. there are some "nicely dressed women" wandering on the streets, waiting for their "partners". i thought this was totally unsafe and unsightly for hotel residents to witness on the way back to the hotel..

and lastly, the tv screen they have in the room was pathetically small. dar said its even smaller than the one in her own room. hahaha. and we ordered room service the next morning, but it was nothing compared to the one we ordered at pan pacific singapore too.
