Halloween Horror Nights @ USS - 28 Oct 2011

This year's Halloween was quite an exciting & scary night. For the first time, I celebrate an unofficial festival with my dear. Although few months back, we celebrate her bday at USS but it's totally another kind of feeling that night. USS, from a lively, cheerful place to an errie, frightening place. The night starts from 8pm to 12am. As we were still early, we decided to grab our dinner at Vivo before getting in USS.

When we got to USS, most of the gals had their devil accessories on their head. Dear bought one for me at Daiso but maybe my expression tells her that I want the one with lights so she got another one for me. That's my dear, always so thoughtful. We spent some time outside USS to snap some pictures. Yes yes, we did took many pictures previously but it's not in the night and as usual, dear complained about the pictures I took. Well, I'm not talented afterall but I have tried :(

Greetings from monsters, creatures the moment we stepped into USS. There's a total of 5 zones open at USS. I think the 1st zone was the scariest. We encounter a few ghost but non of it was as scary as Twin sister. Although the makeup was not as scary or gross as the rest (eg the living dead @ 2nd zone) but the way they stare at us freaked us out. A funny note about that night, I realise Dear attracted ghosts from Zone 2 a lot cos they tried to touch, get close to her or blow air at her face. Zone 5 was quite interesting as it's actually a "party area" for the dead. Dear quite enjoyed it as it remind her of Butter Factory.

There's only 2 attractions that night - Pestilence & Vengeance of the Mantriarch. The happy news is I survived the first one (apart from queueing for almost 1hr) but sad to say we didn't make it for the second one as I'm too scared to enter and the queueing time was 90mins!! We decided to give up and proceed to the shops instead. We ended the night before the actual closing time but both of us were exhausted. However we still enjoyed the night. Thank you my dear for making this happen (took some time to make this decision as the entrance fee is not cheap) and I promise this will not be the last year we will celebrate Halloween together :) Look forward to next year!!
