les misérables
Tuesday, 18 December 2012

today is the day where we went to watch the premium screening of Les Misérables. the movie was set to screen in singapore cinemas on christmas day 25 dec. lucky me managed to win this pair of tickets out of 50 pairs by registering with the toggle website, and we got this wonderful chance to view this show way before others.

I can only say my prayers was answered! I knew about the movie coming to town since a month ago, and had been diligently monitoring the box office on the selling of tickets, hoping to let my darling be among the first few to watch this show. but I am not sure why so far only one cinema release the movie ticket and it is set on 27 dec. at the same time, I heard about the premium screening of Les Misérables from class95 radio and they are giving free tickets. hence I began to search online to see if anyone is selling the premium screening tickets away but to no avail.

and there is this one day where my colleagues left for lunch without me and I decided to went quest to pack some food and on my way back, I grabbed the last copy of Today. after my food, I started to flip the papers and the toggle ad caught my eye (surprisingly I always skip the ad w/o knowing it), and it said free 50 pair of ticket when u register. so I decided to give it a try and boy was I anxious that I went send a enquiry to ask about the tickets. the administrator replied that winners will be notified by email, and I somehow prayed I'm one of them so that I can surprise my darling! and the rest was history. winning so many tickets before, this is the happiest among all!!

back to the show, it wasn't as bored as I thought (even although I tot it might be bored, I still want to win the ticket to please her!), in fact the show is awesome! let see if it will top the box office charts! and hopefully, there will be a day where me and darling can watch this stage performance together in London.
